Sure, if you have really good tenants everyone is happy with a longer lease. If they aren't, then it's not beneficial.

My broker misrepresented our house in MLS shows AC, our seller disclosure says no AC, and they buyers are thinking of cancelling misrepresentation.

Your Agent should it encourage you to read the purchase contract.
Under section 5. Warranties (lines 163-168) also read warranties that survive closing (5b lines 169-175)
