That means you're the highest bidder. The bank and/or auction company, is verifying all your information. Once verified and approved, you or your agent will be notified of the bid acceptance. It's just a matter of procedural paperwork completion.

A credit score of 700 is definitely high enough for loan approval. When you meet with the loan office be sure to tell them that your husband is applying with his income alone. If you apply in both names, they'll check both credit scores. Even though he's applying alone, you will be included as the owner of record.
