Are you wanting to lease a property in the name of your LLC and then sublet the property to short-term guests? The chances of you being able to accomplish without breaching your agreement are pretty slim unless you get the written permission from the landlord...and that ain't likely to happen.
As far as leasing in the name of an LLC, it works no different than leasing in an individuals name. The only difference here is what you intend to do with the property once it's leased to your LLC.... more
