Websites like this one are notorious for having outdated or otherwise incorrect information. The info here could be years old and the foreclosure was stopped long ago. It could simply be inaccurate as well.
A) Google the address. Are there other mentions of any sale? Zillow will usually provide the property ID for the auction if it's truly headed to a foreclosure sale.Zillow will also show that a house is in some stage of foreclosure for years after the house was in default even if the homeowner managed to become current again.
B) Look at the tax records you have in the MLS and see if a trustee has been appointed.... more
