Contrary to popular belief, you do "not" need to spend an arm and a leg to update your home for it to sell. You would be amazed, but there truly is a home out there for every individual. There "are" situations however, in which your comps do not allow you to sell as the home is. By this, I mean that if most of the homes in your area have been updated...unless you want to be priced much less in comparison, you likely would want to do a few updates.

Your home should flow through to Trulia from the local MLS. This usually takes about 3 to 5 days after the home is put into the system.
However, the listings that are automated are not always accurate and easy to find. With Trulia Pro, we are able to add our listings to the system right away. You might check with your Realtor to find out if they have Trulia Pro and how they get their listings on Trulia.
Trulia is one of the top five real estate sites for home searches, so we have had a lot of luck with our account and listing inquiries on this site.
