Realize you are still probably going to have to pay the buyer's agent his commission - otherwise a lot of those agents won't show your home to prospective buyers. In addition, you ONLY would get your home put on the MLS. You miss out on additional exposure, and you miss out on the expertise a good realtor could apply towards your transaction.
