Hawthorn Woods has many different elementary schools, different junior highs and different high schools depending upon what area you decide to buy in. As you know Indian Creek is dist. 79 and dist. 125.
2- The CN-EJ&E effects some of HWoods but not all.
3- And not all of H.Woods is on well and septic. Some are well and sewer.

That depends, if none of the contracts have been accepted before you sell your house then you can still bid. Short sales can take anywhere from 2-6 months to be approved.

Depending on the reading (how far above 4.0 is it), radon is usually not that big of a deal to remediate, but it needs to be done by a professional. If a buyer (after you buy the house) has a radon test, they might ask you to remediate the radon at your expense, so yes, it could jeopardize a re-sale or cost you money.

It is better to be the cheapest house in a high priced area than the most expensive house in a low priced area.
If the size is comparable it is overpriced. As a buyer I would choose one half price instead.... more
