I suggest you read the listing contract your and/or your sister signed. The laws and contracts vary by state, so I suggest you discuss this with your agent after you read your rights and options in your contract.
If you are referring to my personal website you cannot post it yourself. We would need to sign a rental listing agreement that allows me to post it on the MLS and market the property for you. Then I can post the property on my website. As far as other websites, like Trulia, the property will be automatically posted to Trulia once it is on the MLS.
If you would like me to list your rental property for you I would be happy to meet with you to discuss a marketing plan. You can contact me at 518-596-2273 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.

It would really depend on what you arranged with your realtor and what mutual expectations were? Trulia will not "self populate" all the time. Your agent also has the ability to enhance the listing for free by adding more pictures, a virtual tour, and an enhanced description of the homes features. Good luck in your sale.... more
You need to review that document carefully, does it have an expiration date and what area's, town, city or counties does it specify. if it specifies all you should put in writing you want to be released from it. if it does not specify the new county then you are all set. you do not have to sign a buyer broekr form to see a house, you do need to sign an agency disclosure staing who the agent works for, seller, buyer, non agent, dual agent or designated agent. no matter what you should ask for a release if you do not plan on using them again. good luck with your purchase.... more
