Trulia is only displaying 3rd party info, and there are ways for scammers to post fake listings on other websites which then get mirrored on trulia, zillow, realtor, etx.. It varies based on condition, style of home and price but, I would plan on 6 months as a guide.
Condition would enable some homes to sell within 1 week and others not. Even get an offer in a year.
Off street parking makes the sale much quicker too.... more
