Spring time is a good time to list properties for sale as more people starts to look around to purchase when the weather takes a turn for the better.
Assuming that your asking price is reasonable, it should take somewhere between 3-6 months for you to close on the transaction - waiting for the right offer, waiting for the buyers to obtain mortgage and waiting for board interview/approval.
