I highly doubt it. Generally the location within which you live determine the school district associated with that location, unless of course you are willing to pay for a private school.

But If you are looking for the make up of a neighborhod, Go to the local elementary school in the area you are looking to move, right about the end of the day.. Here you will be more in touch with the local neighbors and get a slight feel for the neighborhood. I say look into an area, then take a day to go out and about in the are. This is exactly what I did when I moved to NJ from Brooklyn a number of years ago.
