It is unfortunate but it does happen, once in a while. Your agency's company may subscribe to a company that is an 'aggregator' meaning that company broadcasts out to numerous. Sometimes the feed has a glitch and although it might be correct on all of the sites, sometimes one site doesn't accept the feed correctly.
I would ask your associate to contact the company which owns the site and manually have them correct it.
This will be fixed in no time.

You have to go to my listings on Trulia. If you do not see your listing, you type in the address. include zip code, and then you check the box that you are the owner of this listing. You can edit and add photos here as well. Most important is that you put your listing in Crestedg. If you do not know how to do that, ask your Administrator. Once you get the handle, you will be fine. Also, you can market your listings on Zillow, Homefinder.com, craigslist and other search engines. Good luck! Celeste 973 219-7134.... more
Take a deep breath and hang in there. With Relo owned properties, each inquiry/negotation is like running something up a long flag pole and bringing it back down again. You are working with a company, and with that comes the delays that go so often with beauracracy. Keep you agent and attorney on it, so you don't fall to the bottom of someone's pile.
Good luck with your closing!
