Yes a wall mount lock box is very sturdy and will be able to withstand all types of weather conditions. We prefer a wall mount lock box over a free standing one because of this reason.

I just put a bid on a Hud muti-family home and it has mold and termites, can I ask Hud will they pay for treatment. Or lower the asking price.
First by all means discuss these issues with your real estate attorney.
It has been my experience that many HUD homes have disclosures that will reveal property flaws such as mold.
