It's easy to pass judgement, but the fact of the matter is that EVERYBODY, agents or otherwise have lives and things going on which could explain why it might be a fast reply or a reply that one might consider slow. I'm curious why you ask? What is the average time an agent should wait on a client to reply to an email? Again, not a simple question and not a simple answer.. Although I understand the importance of email, keep in mind some agents (ME) get many, many email each day. Sometimes it's very difficult to be out working with clients and monitor all the email coming in during the day. Most of the time I have to turn my phone off so that I can give my clients 100% of my attention.
My recommendation would be to pick up the phone and call the agent or his/her office if you want a fast reply.
