For example, a television repair shop on a corner does $50,000 in profit per year, so its value can be calculated as a multiple of it's earnings.
then there is a big announcement that a new factory is going in next door to the television repair shop. Is the best use of that location still a repair shop? Wouldn't a sandwich shop or a co0nvenience store be more valuable there? Would you sell it based on it performance as a repair shop, or would you sell it for its value as a sandwich shop?

There are many variable in the cost of siding, not the least of which is the type and quality of siding you chose. I suggest going to your nearest home improvement store to see and feel the differences in quality and to gage the difference in cost.
