Feel free to contact me. Your neighborhood on Ivanhoe is one I pass every morning and evening to and from work and, thus, am extremely capable of being a very good information source for you as well as an excellent REALTOR. We will need to talk about financing, since some condo communities may not allow for all types of financing. If you decide that Tucson is a better fit, I have a very good reference that I can give to you. I have had several clients use my Tucson connection and they have all been very happy. Cooper Commons is south chandler and crime is no worse than any other part of the city. Newer, quiet neighborhood. There are other parts of Chandler, maily the older parts, that would concern me more than this area.... more
Hi Jeff, I too live across the street from the project moving in. I had concerns, but felt assured once I investigated the company online. Here is a quote from their website:
"Animal testing is highly regulated by federal agencies such as the USDA and FDA under the U.S. Animal Welfare Act. Both of these agencies conduct regular on-site inspections of our facilities. They thoroughly review our practices, procedures, the condition of our animals, and extensive internal documentation of our activities. Covance's facilities are continually subject to unannounced government inspections and are also regularly inspected by the company's clients. The Chandler facility will be a stable business providing good paying jobs with good benefits and will help to diversify the area's economy. It will offer at least 400 jobs in the market, including study managers, directors, lab technicians, pathologists and others. Covance's work for top pharmaceutical and biotech clients will also help spur the growth of the biomedical industry in the area."
Hopefully this helps you as well.... more
