there are no new build homes in Euless for under $289 and that's going to be hard to get. I would estimate over $300K to build. DEPENDING on the square footage you are ok with. If a smaller home is ok, then we may be able to get you around $250K. I have lived in the HEB area for over 25 years so I know it well. I will be happy to help you with your search and purchase whether you decide on building or choosing a pre-existing home.
