I would say sleep on it, get back within 24 hours but don't rush either. Generally the day after you were presented the offer make your decision and have it back to the buyer.

Sounds a bit greedy to me....can't help wondering if this customer is aware of this tactic? As a seller, I'd lean toward telling that agent to "go pound salt."
