In California, is it a requirement that the seller be furnished with a copy of the home inspection report or can they opt out of getting a copy?
Per the purchase agreement you are entitled to a copy if you would like one.

I don't think so, William. As Ron already said, Trulia listings are posted by real estate agents and brokers on their MLS, which is then fed into the Trulia website.
