Yes...lots of assaults...mostly by the rules now imposed by banks when buying condos. Beyond that, having to deal with Realtor Buyer Agents that do not preapprove their clients.

Certainly Market it in the other Media available to you which provide a much broader exposure for the property. Sure - a sign sometimes helps and an Open House helps on occassion.
