As for your agent...do you feel that they are actively working for you. Is your home getting the personalized exposure that it needs. You should talk to your listing agent about your concerns and hopefully you can come up with a solution.... more

You should not list your house for sale if you are not prepared to sell it.
What is your time frame when you will be ready? If it is only a matter of a few weeks, you need to be sure your home is ready for buyers. If your time frame is 4 or more months, you may just want to post a notice that your home will be coming available in the spring so people keep it in mind.
Find out the average days on the market from a local real estate agent for your type of home, neighborhood etc. You may be surprised at the length of time it could take to secure a buyer for your house.... more
