It's really hard to answer that question because it all depends on how the home is situated relative to the Beltway and the way the sound waves travel in that particular area. Some homes have little to no noise and others sound like the traffic is zooming through the living room. The only way to be sure is to stand in the home itself as well as out in the yard. Even homes just a few doors apart can have a totally different sound level.
