I have a property purchased with a pre existing home on it. I am demolishing the pre existing home and decided I want to purchase a modular home to put back on the property since I have a well, septic, power, etc.

My question is this... I am dealing with a mortgage officer whom doesn't seem to know how to help but has approved…
