Craigslist is also of course a source for rentals but will require you to make a bunch of calls/emails to find out about your needs and having a dog. Good luck!... more

Haverhill is a sought after community due to the overall affordability of homes. You will get more home for the money in town than you would in he surrounding communities.
As far as locations to stay away from the answer really depends on your needs. If you want a peaceful location with privacy downtown wouldnt be for you. If you would like to be walking distance to family oriented places some Bradford neighborhoods may be perfect for you. Plus the Contract can be written any way the parties want.
You will be guaranteeing that you will buy the house at a definite time in the future, for a predetermined amount.
Do you KNOW where you will be 3-5 years from now, financially and family-wise?
Do you KNOW how much the house will be worth in 3-5 years?
