Columbus elementary has been recently renovated and expanded. My children attended prior to the updates, but received an excellent education from a caring and dedicated staff. The school offers an in-house charter school program with a focus on hands on learning.

My child needs extra help and is set up with an IEP. As of this year, her teacher isnt sending her to get extra help. Will find out why when I redue her IEP. Bullies in this school a lot of their parents have money or associates of the school. So a fast slap of the hand and they're on their Mary way. There are a lot of issues that need to be addressed in this school!

Fantastic. The small class sizes, familiarity of families, social interactions with faculty and families create a strong sense of support and community in a wonderful learnjng environment.

We transferred to the Columbus area and although we had been fine with the school our children had been attending I am very excited to see how my children are thriving at Zion. The curriculum is well planned out, the teachers are prepared for their lessons, and the children are truly challenged in their school work but given the additional help and support they might need in areas they struggle. The school is accredited and strives to meet and exceed the standards set out to achieve accreditation. It is easy to be able to access faculty and staff to talk about any concerns that arise. The amount of extracurricular activities for a small school are great with a variety of sports, music and forensics. There is also a great sense of community among the students as the students in older grades are paired with a small group of students, or "buddies, from the younger grades for weekly activities. It makes it a lot less scary for the little kids to have to walk through the halls with the big kids, because they've developed relationships with their older buddies. Students are taught and encouraged to do their work and activities to the best of their God-given abilities whether at school, home or in our community. We feel very blessed to have the Christian education offered at Zion.
