My daughter graduated from Arrowhead. With the exception of a couple of teachers, I found that the staff really had very little interest in the students. As a top student, my daughter found that the teachers and counselors were ill-prepared to assist a student wanting to attend a top-notch university.

I was not going to take time out of my workday, but I felt compelled to provide some clarity to the people who think AHS is a Sports Only School. I would like to let you know that AHS supports the largest Choral program in the state of Wisconsin. In 2009, AHS group Broadway Company was awarded the

Sports play a big role at AHS as does the Academic success of its students. Like every school, AHS is not for everyone. I grew up in Oconomowoc. I visited Arrowhead in 10th gr. and left feeling jealous. The kids were more friendly. Arrowhead just seemed to have a more positive peer to peer atmosphere. They have an ice area, swimming pool, programs galore! We bought a house in the district because of the school. My

The speech teacher tested him, did the paperwork necessary to get him into a program. I am a current student at AHS and while I do not always agree with everything that goes on there, I do believe that Arrowhead is a top-notch school. I don't think you can get a better public education from any other Wisconsin high school. I was privileged enough to take a trip to an MPS school, and

A good portion of AHS families are your average, middle-class families. Add in a mix of (mostly) teachers who care about the success of their students and students who care about getting somewhere in life, and you ve got Arrowhead academics. Yes, athletics are a big deal at Arrowhead, but that just adds to the high school experience. Read less

Wow, from what I am hearing from some of these comments, I don't really think some people get the true understanding of Arrowhead.
