We just moved to the area and I had to move my daughter from another Christian school in Illinois to RCC. If these parents think that tuition is 'sky high' here, they should try in IL! The tuition is doable, the teachers are wonderful, the staff have bent over backwards to help us, and the kids are

This has been an overall great experience. One last thing; the school my daughter came from in IL had very high standards of education, RCC has kept right up with it. So, a sound Christian atmosphere, great teachers, great curriculum and standards, and freinds - what else can I ask for? Read less

RCCS has Godly principles, however they are often not enforced or taught. Many of the children are mean and gossipy and niether the administration or teachers correct these attitudes. The school is very secretive when it comes to the 'going ons' of the school, and usually leaves the parents in the dark.

My children attended this school for four years. I had to pull them out because I was very dissapointed in the low quality teachers, and all of the hidden costs. The school is in bad shape despite the very high tuition costs. There are no computers, and the covers are falling right off of the books.

I paid the sky high tuition for my 3 children to attend (what I thought was)a quality school for 4 years, but my kids are now back in public school far behind academically. Don't make the same mistake I did. I did a diservice to my children. Read less

My child is currently attending Rock County Christian. I'm not happy with how this school is run. I've found that there is no minimum qualifications needed to teach at the school. My child has come home many times wondering why the teacher assigns things that the teacher herself can't figure out.
... Read more I end up spending many hours each night after I get home from work trying to teach her things that the school should be able to teach her. It's rediculous! I'm in the process of trying to find a different school for her. Another big concern at this school is bullying. I have spoken many times to the teachers and the principle about my daughter being bullied, but nothing is ever done. They are afraid to talk to the parents because they're afraid of losing money if the parents of the bullies leave. This should not be happening! Read less
