We have two children that have been at Kings Way since they were 22 months old. Currently they are in Pre-school and Kindergarten. We absolutely love the school, administration and curriculum. Academically our children are leaps and bounds above their peers at other schools. Any time we have had

The teachers make bible lessons fun and I find our children have gained an extensive knowledge of the bible through the school year. I find the other parents to be very involved in the classroom and the school provides many opportunities for families to get to know each other through bible studies for moms, family nights on Fridays, volunteering in the classrooms or the Watch DOGS (Dads of Great Students) program to keep the school safe and secure. I really am surprised by some of the recent comments. I have never heard any parent complain about any of the things mentioned in the parent reviews. I would recommend the school to all of my friends and family! Read less

I went to respond to the last reviewer and when I did it deleted my previous review for some reason so I just wanted to say again that I agree completely that administration is a joke. They do not communicate and completely ignore parents concerns, but they hired a psychologist this year and she is awesome.
... Read more If you decide to stay just give her a chance. She was extremely knowledgeable about my child's learning issues and helped us to understand her better actually. I was going to respond to the last reviewer (when it apparently deleted my posting), but I just wanted to say that this is my worry as well. We were going to stay but I don't think we will now. I am so thankful to have had the chance to work with the psychologist but administration is just too frustrating. It is not worth the constant aggravation so we will leave next year and pray for the best. I think she will help us anyway and hopefully we can continue with her IEP somewhere else. Arrogance and ignorance are abounding at the top. Read less

One may think a small private Christian school is the way to go. Save your money. Pulling my two kids after this year. We've been there since pre-school.. The new administration is a joke. They do not address the real issues. Communication??? What's that? Follow through?? Not with this team. If you

I am very sad the church has decided to spend the money on the high school as enrollment is down this year and heading in the wrong direction with their leadership. Most of the elementary teachers and some of the middle and high school teacher are good, but that is not enough to keep us there. If you are considering KW dig a little deeper than the surface. By the time they figure out new leadership is a joke many will be gone. Good luck.. Read less

Very dissatisfied with recent interactions with administration via learning center side. Erroneous fees throughout the school year, without clear and concise reasoning. I just don't get these recent posts. My kids love King's Way, and one of them was targeted, bullied, harassed, and even hit by one particular classmate. So we did our part as parents and informed school leadership, and they took quick action and held the student accountable for his/her action. Our friends

Not buying it. My children's friends and their parents think the teachers and administrators are doing a great job. It's sad that others don't feel the same way, and I'm not here to try to sway others. People have to make up their own mind, but my wife and I take the time and work with the school to arrive at solutions, and it works. We have tried several other private schools but are settled on King's Way. Read less

The review of Jan. 4, 2013 is very accurate. We have a student in high school there. We have found the kids and parents to be great. . I have heard from other parents that the only reason they are there is because all of their kid's friends go there. They feel stuck there. If you are considering

It looks like no-one holds anyone accountible at the higher levels. Some great teachers, programs, and good facilities, but also much more of a private school than a Christian school, particularly judging by the lack of true Biblical teachings, and the actions of some employees in leadership and influencial positions.
