This school has its ups and downs... I myself have gone there as a freshman in high school. Oroville has some great teachers and some terrible ones. However if your seeking sports, then Oroville may not be the place to go. The football team is terrible.

Oroville does have some quality teachers that care about their students and their future. Those teachers seek out relationships with students, meet them where they are and believe in them. I hear a lot of complaints by just being a 'fly on the wall' and I tend to disagree with them. Oroville Jr/Sr. High School, is a great school. What I find odd is that this whole town is run like a giant high school with the actual high school at the center of life. However, our education level is Well below average.
