My son has gone to Hockinson Heights from K-2 and the staff is superb. He has a learning disability with ADHD and the school has been the best for him. I will never take him out of Hockinson School District, they are a great staffed district who actually care about the success of their students.

I have two kids in this school and i love the teachers' involvment in the learning progress of the kids...it's a great school and if i ever have to move, i will sure miss it. I know my kids are safe at school....because for me safety is above everything else,....but both my kids have improved above

Most teachers are good, but I think they need to focus more on children with the correct grammar, by correcting them in a positive manner. The school should add more focus to children with disabilities, such as speech delay, etc. The principal needs to learn more 'Parent-people' skills. This is constructive

This school has a decent level of parent involvement. What seems to be lacking is the level of technology necessary for students to get a quality start. Basic keyboarding, simple skills should be introduced by 4th grade at minimum since reports are required. Overall, the atmosphere is safe and pleasant.

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course.
