I have two teenagers in Louisa County HS. Both are getting As and Bs. Both are in advanced classes. I cannot say enough good things about this school. Have a problem and they work with you regarding same. I feel it is up to the children and parents to get as much from a school as possible. I feel ...  Read more

Our principal (the fabulous Mr. Jeck) makes it his personal mission to ensure that the entire ...  Read more

I am not a parent but, I am a Junior at this school and it is awesome. I enjoy going to school everyday and seeing all of the teachers and students. Louisa is small enough that everyone knows eachother and I love that. I honestly wouldn't go to any other high school in the district if I had a choice. ...  Read more

* In 2011-2012 Virginia used the Standards of Learning (SOL) End-of-Course tests to assess students in reading, writing, math, science and history/social science subjects at the end of each course, regardless of the student's grade level. The SOL End-of-Course tests are standards-based, which means they measure how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Virginia.
