The older students create a news show that they broadcast throughout the school. Parent involvement is top notch. They lead many enrichment programs including Reflections (a creative competition), Odyssey of the Mind, Foreign language, and a variety of after school sports groups. Belle View should definitely be on every parent s list of schools to tour. My family couldn t be happier with Belle View! Read less

Children learn from their teachers everyday. I don't want my son to learn it's ok to show favorism or it's ok to treat other people differently. Kids are our future. Read less
* In 2006-2007 Virginia used the Standards of Learning (SOL) tests to assess students in reading and math in grades 3 through 8, in writing in grades 5 and 8, in science in grades in 3, 5 and 8 and in history/social science in grades 3 and 8. The SOL tests are standards-based, which means they measure how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Virginia.
