This is a great school. My youngest child is a current student. My older chilldren graduated from this school. It has changed a great deal over the years. The changes are good. Overall, the teachers are great, but all it takes is a few bad apples and Roosevelt has a few. Not as many as they use

The pre-ap/ ap courses are very challenging, but push you to better. I love the GT program at Roosevelt- you really get a good intellectual stimulation. Although Roosevelt has had a dark past, I truely believe that it looks nothing like it's future. The new prinicpal has done an amazing job of stirring Roosevelt in the right direction.
