I think the school is wonderful! there are great teachers and staff with manageable classroom sizes; my children learn a lot and love the school as I do! the only drawback is the lack of after school activities and sports!

This is our third year at Eastridge and I am one of their biggest fans. From the principal to the staff and right down to the parents, I can confidently say that the students at Eastridge have an advocate one way or another because their success and well being is top priority. I continue to be impressed
... Read more by the caring and professional staff. They also have a very strong PTA following which accomplishes alot for the students and campus. Eastridge and its staff are also very good about keeping some fun in school too. With so much stress on testing anymore, it's nice the kids are also able to create fun memories to remember for years to come. Read less

I absolutley love this school! My kids are excelling in every class and the teachers are wonderful. I would recommend Eastridge to everyone. Both of my kids have been at this school since kindergarten and they are in third and first grades now. I am very glad we moved to this part of Red Oak.

My son went to this school for Kindergarten and we didn't like it. The teachers spend all their time either dealing with the 'problem' students or ignoring them. Not enough extra activities for the kids that want more challenges and are ahead of their classes. There's hardly any parent involvement.

This is a great school with great teachers. Very close-knit, family-friendly community. Eastridge has a new principal this year and she is doing a great job and has many plans to technically advance this school. The fine arts techer is as good as they come!

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
