I doubt if there is a private school any better than Wells. My son has attended this school from 1st to 5th grades. Had some wonderful teachers with 1 or 2 exceptions but the rest are so outstanding they have made up for those 2 that were not-so-hot. Love the new principal. She has set a very high

I am really satisfied with the school. My little one is in kindergarten and learn a lot from his teacher. She really challenged my son so he doesn't get boring in the class. My older one teacher is OK. The principal is great and discpline. She solved the problem fast.

... Read more to be more of an emphasis on TAKS testing, and less of an emphasis on high-quality curriculum. Students in the 3rd - 5th grades seem to be testing all the time. They take 3 or 4 diagnostic tests on the computer two or three times a year. Then they take repeated 'TAKS practice' tests. Then, of course, are the real TAKS tests. I've asked about the major increase in test this year and have been told it is because of the new principal. What a shame! Read less

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Adult Education Classes
