College test scores less then 1000avg. Test in bottom 10% of scholls in texas. IT great if you do not need to to college and need to work in low paying jobs like we have in navasota.

I think this school is improving alot with all of the changes like the new football field and the new cafeteria. Yeah the principal is still kind of hard on us but we'll get over it.

I feel the school is wrapped up in the wrong things such as how to wear your hair instead of learning and providing extra classes for the kids. Their is no ROTC program,one has to chose gym or sports as a class when sports is not a class but an after school function for those that make the team providing

Read more grades are up.The kids do not have enough periods in a day and have too much summer time.The school spends more money on things not really needed such as the football field which they do not win and do not need when they have one already.Football and cheerleading does not make you smart.More parents need to stand up for their kids and back them up in school. I am very unhappy with the taks always being most important to the teachers.The kids are to racial and the school is too rough. Read less

As a parent I feel that our school has made great improvements in all areas.I think more focus should be put on academics and not just on sports. We should strive to build up our math, science and reading/language arts as well as fine arts and cultural academics. Navasota student deserve the best teacher
... Read more in the state,that is not to say that we don't have some great teachers now, but when we hire new teachers they should be the best in the subject area they are hired for. Just because someone has a decree doesn't mean they can teach. I believe discipline is the key to better learning and I feel that our current principle/assist principles is doing a wonderful job. Parents need to get more involved with the disciplining of their children, to make sure they behave themselves at school after all they are a reflection of yourself. Read less

I am not pleased with the way the administrators are more worried about the students wearing an identification card than they are the students passing thier classes. I am also not very happy with the reprmands the seniors received after hanging a sign that says 'we all we got' on it, I feel that if
... Read more the class wants to make a poster af the saying that they use the most then there is nothing wrong with that. I am not particularly pleased with the way the student council has been run! The advisor does not fully explain himself whenever he gives someone a job to do. After the job is underway he goes behind their back and tells other students to do the same thing the first student was told! On the other hand i am very pleased with the way the athletic department, and dance departments are run. Read less

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
