I will be honest, I got into a fair amount of trouble, and other schools would've had me suspended; La Marque only assigned ISS [In School Suspension] I think

La Marque has two priorites, Football, and drug searches. They do not care about their students, only their precious Football reputation. This school used to be one of the greatest in the Galveston region, but now it has gone way down in academics as well as in integrity. I just pulled my kids out of LMHS, 9th and 11th grades, and am going to homeschool now. The program I chose will do a better job. Unacceptable in ratings, but we do have one heck of a football team--the school's priority? It's very sad. There are lots of things wrong with the entire school
