My daughters teachers have been awesome. The staff in the front office, however, are the rudest, most unpleasant people I've ever encountered. They really hate their jobs. I only go into that office maybe 3 times a year, and never call them, so it's not like I'm a nuisance. Everytime I've had to

They won't let the kids dress up at all that day, in anything but 50's style clothes, because their just happens to be a 50's dance on Oct 31, which costs 50 cents, to be donated to some organization. Controlling much? And no way am I spending more money on a separate costume because they have something against Halloween. Teachers are awesome, administration and strict school rules (it's like they're in juvy!) are horrible. Read less

Their talented and gifted teachers are great. Other teachers are allowed to screw up repeatedly with nothing being done about it. I had to move my daughter to another class mid-year. My children have been to several schools here due to re-zoning. This one was the worst.

Very few parents here are involved in their childrens education. Many just drop and leave for sponsored school events. I assume this because many our military and they just dont put forth the extra effort for their childrens education. Teachers only become involved when they want something otherwise

Some of the office staff has unqualified volunteers doing their work that they get paid to do. I see a lot of very well hidden cut corners in the school. Volunteers are taken advantage of a great deal. Testing scores are not on level with the state average. Read less
