Barbara Bush is an excellent school for students who are very straight laced. If your child is outside that box, then this school will be a nightmare. It has the ability to be a 5 star school for all students, but with it's double standards when it comes to zero tolerance, your child will be set up for

When I speak of double standards I mean that the administration is very harsh in discipline for students who fall out line with their rigid rules, but when their faculties are caught and reported of doing the same things, they do not get the same intensity of harsh and unforgiving discipline. Again, judge your child before enrolling them. If your child is very quiet and mild mannered, then this is a wonderful school for them, but if your child is anything but that, please, save your child and yourself the stress. Read less

i love this school. I made friends really fast and there is a lot of cultural diversity. The teachers are really good and the orchestra, band, and choir are really great too. Some schools dont have good electives, i'm glad i'm going to this school! go broncos!

Incredible school! Bush MS is one of the only middle school IB schools in the state. The teachers are fantastic and the rigor of my child's education is top notch! Bush is the only public, non-magnet IB school I have heard of. The principals are all outstanding and devoted to student achievement. Best

Barbara Bush is an outstanding school! I left a local charter school (North Hills) to enroll my kids at Bush because of the challenging curriculum and quality of teaching. Bush is a very safe and wonderful learning environment for my child. I would highly recommend Bush MS to anyone who is in the area!

I really love this school! The principal is outstanding and really cares about the success of each student! The teachers are very high quality and communicate regularly with me. I am so glad I pulled my child out of a local charter school to attend Bush! It is a really great school!

This was my child's first year at this school and it has been okay so far. Not impressive but nothing really to complain about either. It was a good experience for us considering we came from Missouri, but I would enjoy more interaction with the teachers. I would let her continue to go to this school,

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.
Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
