I've been going to Hutto ISD for 7 years, and have seen a decline not in the school, but in the behavior of the people that attend Hutto High. 7 years ago, the students that attended Hutto were very polite, and respectful. Now, as new people move in, the students attending Hutto could care less about

Specifically---lack of principal leadership, high teacher turn over rates, and lack of choices. On a positive note, they do have excellent security and an amazing reading recovery program. If your child is an average, middle of the road type that is satisfied with just the basics then y'all will do fine here. If your child needs assistance or needs to be challenged, look elsewhere.
