Cy Falls is a great school to attend. As a former student, I am proud to say I graduated from Cypress Falls. ... Read more is great and very knowledgeable in the subjects they teach. While athletic wise, Cy Falls has had a down year - it is always amongst the top in the district and the region in most sports. In comparison to other schools across the district, Cy Falls is the one to attend. The atmosphere is pleasant and students learn how to communicate and work with all different types of people. The school is located in a nice area and is middle class, give or take depending on what student you talk to. Amazing school. Read less

Cy-Falls would get a B for academics, a C for extracurricular activities and a D for sports programs. Academically the school is excellent for their accelerated programs with the exception of a few teachers in their physics and history department. ... Read more calls their special population , i.e. their way of saying minority population, you get lots of help. If you are one of those gifted and talented children, you get lots of help. If you are an average kid, your parents better help you a lot because you ll get lost in the middle. There is about 3,500 kids at this school and it s easy to become a number if your child is not on the top or bottom. Athletics are fair to poor (unless you are a football player). Not every athlete plays football, but this sport gets most of the attention. But that is probably true about a lot of schools. Coaches for less popular sports are not held accountable for their ability, involvement or success. If the coach show up (sometimes) and puts their athlete on the field, in the pool or whatever the sport is, they are considered to be doing their job. The coach s actual ability to coach and improve their athletes seems to be a minor concern. Involvement is about the only criteria. If you want your child to be highly successful you have to find your own coach outside of the school. Luckily this school is in an area that, select sports are excellent. Read less

I went to all three schools when I was in high school and let me tell you, Cy-Falls was the best end of disscussion! I loved it there, the staff was so helpfull and concerned about the sudents. Cy-Falls helped others and I be successfull in our lives.

A better school than a lot of community parents give it credit fort. Very comprehensive. My daughter has been very happy. Yes, there is a racial mix, but the economics are very middle class and the racial mix is positive in my opinion. I will say, however, that the principal is a bit distant to the

I have 3 kids in this school and we moved into the area to go to Cypress Falls. I couldn't be happier with this school. My kids are in band, softball, drill team and they love the school and their teachers. It reminds me of the school I went to which was very respected. Cypress Falls has award winning

I go to Falls. I love it and I know that lots of parents want their children to graduate with honors and so forth. This school has brought me up alot in life and I like it even though others may not.

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. Before/After School

Special Education Classes
A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.
Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
