Wonderful school. My children love the teachers, the staff, the day to day learning. I go to FWA and have gone there for many years,(almost 8!) It has been a great school since I came in 1st grade. Science class was very hands-on in K-5. In 6th and 7th grades you participate in dissections. History is also very fun, it's not just reading a text, in 6th grade you act out battles of Greeks!

My daughter is in the 7th grade and has attended FWA since Kindergarten. She has flourished at this school and has tested in the top 3% nationally in both math and reading/comprehension skills. She is in the Duke University TIPS program and is about to have the opportunity to sit for an advance session

I am a student who goes to FWA. It is my first year hear now and it's going great. The staff is wonderful and so are the acidemics. They treat me like family at this school. CISD has been great for the last couple of years but they do not reach the level of expitation. FWA All The Way!!!

My daughter attends kindergarten at FWA and I could not be happier with the program here. The class sizes are really small (no more than 15 children in each class) and do not increase in size as students advance in grade level. I see my daughter flourishing emotionally, socially and academically.

I worry that we have been spoiled by this wonderful school and that FWISD will not meet my high expectations. My friend's children really enjoy this school! There are so many fun activities planned and the teachers really make the children feel loved. I enjoy the plays that they put on, and their studies seem to be far above what the average student is doing in any public school. well worth the money.

We found the academics to be average. The availability of fine arts seem to be more available to older students. Parental involvement is very high and a big reason for the schools success.

AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. AP classes are specific and not to be confused with other higher-level classes such as honors classes.
Before/After School
