The teachers seem afraid of administration and when a problem at school arises, administration is not quick to respond.

This is the third year that Tippin has been open and my son has been there all three years. There are actually over 800 students. This is my son's first year at Tippin as a 5th grader. Being military we are used to moving a lot and have seen many schools. When we enrolled our son in this school we were surprised to see how crowded this school was. Our son has 32 kids in his class, that is extremely unacceptable! This school is

We also noticed many parents with Mexico Tags, that is very disturbing. Is this legal? Many students fall behind when there are too many in the class, causing individual student progress to be interrupted. Teachers are great and the staff is wonderful, and we have had great help from everyone. I'm curious to see how the El Paso Independent School district is going to fix the overcrowding. Read less
