I think that this school needs a lot of improvement. Especially with the principals, they talk to kids with no respect and they look down on them. They need to get classes on how to be patient with kids as well with other people.

My child is a transfer student to Terrace Hills MS, so far I am very pleased with the results. I have had good feedback from the principal and teachers, and counselor.

New administration this year is dissapointing, this is a middle school not a elementary. I am sad that all the great changes they made last year are been undone, I hope changes will take place for the better, when a new Principal comes in. I think the school has improved tremendously. I like the new principal and vice principal they have this year. They still need improvement on the 504 structure for children with disabilities. * In 2008-2009, the Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills (TAKS) was used to test students in reading in grades 3 through 9; in writing in grades 4 and 7; in English language arts in grades 10 and 11; in mathematics in grades 3 through 11; in science in grades 5, 8, 10 and 11; and in social studies in grades 8, 10 and 11. TAKS is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Texas. The grade 11 Exit Level TAKS is a high school graduation requirement. The goal is for all students to score at or above the state standard.
