... Read more public schools. The assistant principal said this school was a year ahead of all schools. This is such a joke, because when I put them back in public schools my kids were very behind. I had to have one of my kids repeat a year. To now the effects of my mistake in enrolling them in EPSE is being felt by the two lost years. Not enough teachers to teach classes. Last year my children were without a math teacher for about 7 months. This year school kept replacing many teachers. No administration, teacher, or parent involvement in this school. Adminstration does not care about our children's education. School announced

When I first considered this school for my children, I thought that it was going to benefit them. ... Read more to what needs to be done to properly educate a child. The zero tolerance policy is not enforced and harrassment and bullying seem to be encouraged and accepted by the staff. I will definitely not enroll my children in this school the following year. I feel sorry for them all and especially for the few teachers that are there to help the students but don't get the back-up support from administration and fellow collegues. Read less

This is my child's 3rd year at El Paso School of Excellence. After attending a public school for six years these past 3 years have been the best as far as grades and teachers. The small classes are great and allows the teachers a better chance to help everyone which is never possible in a public school.
... Read more Also the discipline is great and better inforced and I love the idea of uniforms so everyone can look neat. I will never put my child in a public school again and even though they may have more experience and are better paid I believe the teachers at EPSE are there because they are there to help the students not just because of the money. AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. AP classes are specific and not to be confused with other higher-level classes such as honors classes.
Before/After School
