I have been involved in PDCS since 1996-have 2 children attending-and volunteer often...we love this school. You will not find a more loving environment that truly cares about your childs feelings, grades and overall wellbeing. Of course like anywhere there are issues but nothing that cant be resolved.

He will address any problem you take to him w/a loving heart and go thru the proper channels to resolve it in a Christian manner. I had my children at this school from Kindergarten. The elementary is great with wonderful teachers but once they get into junior and high school it dramatically drops. The High School especially is bad. They can't keep teachers and the administrator does absolutely nothing for either the students,

I have been going to pine drive from pre-k to secondary. Because pine drive is so small all of the students grew up together are like family. The athletics are great and our football team rocks!! All of the teachers love their students, and I know that they probibly pray for evrey single one. I LOVE

I love PDCS, my daughter has attended this school for 2yrs. She learned respect, love and compassion taught to her in a loving christian way. Not to mention her above average academic acheivements...all due to the awesome curriculun at Pinedrive, she has learnt bible verses and psalms, she can tell you

As a former public school teacher, I know what is being taught in public schools. If you want a secular view of the world taught to your child, then put them in public school. If you want your child to learn about life and the world from a Biblical perspective and how the Lord can use them in a day
... Read more where anything goes, then put them in PDCS. Saftey is number one. Respect is also important. Learning and being able to discern the truth from propaganda, then PDCS is for you. The staff has quality teachers who dearly love their students. Devotion to them is a major reason you should enroll your child because you won't find this kind of sincerity many others places. Although I love Pine Drive, there are definitely some issues that the administration needs to fix. I wish I could see more smiles on the faces of the Prinicipal and some of the secretaries. I also wish that the Pastor of the church and the Principal of the school would attend more school functions,
... Read more because they want to, and take pride in our athletics and theater program. The football team had a good season this school year, so they received much attention, but the athletic teams should be praised and encouraged all the time, not just when they are winning. I mainly want the Pastor and the Principal to step up and show their love for this school. Other than that, the teachers are very loving, and it is not hard to find that small group of young men and women of God who are preparing themselves to impact thier generation. Read less

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
