It is a great school for everything. They have awesome and nice teachers. And, they teach what you need to know and in a good order to where you can understand it. I love this school! And, it is not hard for a student from Forest Meadow to say that because they make learning fun!

If you have a high achieving child, they do well. If you have a normal child, it is difficult. If you have a child with special needs, go elsewhere. Highly competitive environment with great extracurricular activities, but we wanted academics to be the most important with extracurricular secondary.

I believe Forest Meadow is a great School for any child to attend,however I think that the staff should investigate any queries that may come thru there office and please do not assume a child is guilty of anything due to his or her size or race. It would be nice to see the school acknowledge all cultures
... Read more doing holidays. Currently the sign outside does not acknowledge Martin Luther King but instead it is honoring the trustees and that is ok to because they work hard as well but give the props to History. Be Fair our children see and do as we do. Thank you FMJH staff. Read less

Forest Meadow has been a great school for my son. They provide positive motivation for kids that are excelling academically through recognizing them with awards and having a chance to be on the National Honor Society. They have taken field trips to local colleges so that kids could get a feel for what

They also hold kids accountable when they do not perform in the classroom by not allowing them to play sports when their grades fall below a 70 during a current six week cycle. They also have a good handle of controlling fights and gang activity. They also have good teachers in the Pre-AP courses. Read less

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.
Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
