We have seen a great transformation of this school. The administration has raised the bar and gotten the right faculty in place. There is a renewed focus and energy on providing top-notch education while also utilizing the small class size for direct mentoring and guidance of the students. We see

TWCA has done an about face! Four years ago the school returned to God and God is reigning on TWCA. Julie Ambler, our headmaster (an MBA from UT), took the lead and has prayerfully and systematically 'rebuilt' TWCA. We have a dream team administration, passionate teachers and mission appropriate families.
... Read more We just opened our fabulous new high school building (9-12th). We have separate areas of the campus for our middle school (6-8th), elementary (1-5th) and pre-school (3 years old - K) complete with a separate playground, trike track and puppet theater! This is our 7th year and we are humbled to watch God work. My son said, 'mom, I LOVE school...it is just different this year'. He is dissecting flowers, studying St. Augustine and going to Carolina Creek this next week! In a culture of moral decay, Biblical truth interwoven with the love learning is PRICELESS! Read less

Wow!! This school has really pulled it together. The buzz on campus is electric, the new principals are dynamic and have brought the curriculum up to the highest levels. We have spent seven years at this school and attendance is shrinking and the reason is the school is broken from the top down.It is really a shame we spent a lot of time being involved and we donated a lot of money and each year it is the same old promise which never gets delivered.I will continue to

... Read more not positive. I think the kids here also need an attitude change because there are very few who display christian conduct and morals. Hopefully some of us are ready for college. And i dont advise to send your kids here. Stay in public school. I wish i did. TWCA is not worth the time, frustration or money. Read less

TWCA offers a small environment with great families and parent involvement. We enjoy being part of the community of families. Our kids enjoy being on the same campus together, which would not be possible at a public school or a larger school. The small class size is a benefit to students and teachers
... Read more alike. The sports program is a find because it is excellent AND accessible to all students. The teachers seek to model Christian values and virtues as they live out their faith before the students.

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. AP classes are specific and not to be confused with other higher-level classes such as honors classes.
Before/After School
"Extended day" programs where the school day is extended before and after school to accommodate working parents. These programs should not be confused with common after school clubs or athletic activities.
Gifted and Talented

Vocation/Technical Curriculum
Vocational and/or technical courses offered within a comprehensive school, usually a senior high school.
Special Education Classes
A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.
Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
