My daughter is in 6th grade. She has only been attending Henry for about a month but she loves it so far! Her old school had bullies that stressed her out. So far she has really been on top of her schoolwork and her grades are As. Her mom and I are as happy as she is.

I really love attending HMS, it's an awesome school with outstanding staff, extracurricular activities, and students. The standards there are pretty high, but ensures success in students. Everyone's so nice and encouraging, it's a blast!

We were very happy with the 6th (team H) grade teachers. They seem to have very good communication about thier students. They all have had A LOT of teaching experience and it seemed like the discipline was a no nonsense approach. They are always in the hall interacting with students. The 6th grade
... Read more has thier own hall in front of the school. We really liked that our son was not with 7th or 8th graders. The principle is very receptive to any questions or concerns and so are the counselors. We like how the same counselor and assistant principal follow the students from 6th through 8th grade. They had a wonderful 6th grade camp before school started. This really helped our son with this transition. The parent orientation in the gym is very informitve, but crowded. We had a good year!!! Henry is a fantastic school! My son is in 7th grade and has loved the school year. He is in team 7M and we couldn't ask for a better group of teachers! We've had a great experience with his counselor as well.

My daughter has thrived at Henry Middle School. The teachers have been wonderful, she's joined clubs and teams and has become active in her school and has enormous school spirit. We are well on our way with a positive school experience and are academically ready for high school.

We have been terriably dissatisfied and dishartened by the 7th grade teaching staff and the lack of support by the counciling office. It has been an awful year and we are looking in to other options for our child's education. (Teachers are what made us rate overall quality as a 2)

This is a WONDERFUL school. The teachers are strict, fair, and nice all in one. Bad behavior is not tollerated at all. I recomend this school for anyone moving into the area. Enthusiastic and experienced principals and teachers. Great band and choir programs. Gifted and Taleneted programs or QUEST

AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. Before/After School
