This school is fabulous! Never have I seen such teacher committment. The principal is very accessable and very helpful. I have 3 children that attend Coyote Ridge. The kindergarten program is great as well as 3rd grade and 5th. The teachers work very hard to assure the students success.

Coyote Ridge is a wonderful school that recognizes the diversity of it's students and honors that very diversity. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this school. Yes, the staff are all very nice. But that does not make a great school. The standard of teaching the principal has set is so low. We love this school. We transferred from another LISD school that was not as great. I have a first grader and kindergarten child. I cannot stress enough how pleased we are with this school.

The 'teacher' posting is so completely grammatically incorrect that it is just funny. Great school - if you desire an illiterate child. This school is a joke. Please do go 'teach' elsewhere.

Though I have to leave this school to go to another one. I say I have enjoyed the time teaching here. The kids are wanting and trying to do there best.

* In 2008-2009, the Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills (TAKS) was used to test students in reading in grades 3 through 9; in writing in grades 4 and 7; in English language arts in grades 10 and 11; in mathematics in grades 3 through 11; in science in grades 5, 8, 10 and 11; and in social studies in grades 8, 10 and 11. TAKS is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Texas. The grade 11 Exit Level TAKS is a high school graduation requirement. The goal is for all students to score at or above the state standard.
